Calcium Propionate occurs as white crystals or as a crystalline solid. It has a little special flavor, easy to deliquescence and can dissolve into the water.
Function:
Calcium Propionate is a germicide of antiseptic, which has the properties of heat resisted and is used in the industry of food, medicine, tobacco, etc. Also it can be used in rubber to prolong the usage span. In the food industry, it is often applied in the cake, bread, jelly, canned fruit, jam, candy, drinking, soy sauce etc.
We also can supply Calcium Propionate as Feed Preservative.
