Calcium Lactate occurs as a white to cream-colored, crystalline powder or granules. It contains up to five molecules of water of crystallization.<

Function:

Buffer, paste regulator, yeast food, nutrition additive, curing agent, antioxidant, fruit and vegetable color protective agent, flavoring agent, flavor improver.
